BROSIS FORCE B8 retractable hydraulic bollards have been manufactured & designed to protect anti-terrorist areas with an unobtrusive barrier capable of defending against a vehicle attack / forceful entry. Our single FORCE B8 can stop a vehicle of 7.2 ton travelling at the speed of 40mph (64km/h) and meet requirements for M40 : P1 rating as per ASTM F2656 (2018) known as K8 crash rating.

FEATURES:

• Crash Rating: K8 (M40 – P1) certified, stops 7.2-ton vehicle at 64 km/h.
• Drive Unit Options: Hydraulic (B8 – H) or Pneumatic (B8 – P).
• Dimensions: 1000 mm rising height, 350 mm diameter.
• Material: High tensile structural heavy-duty steel with anti-slip die-cast aluminum top plate.
• Fast Operation: Rising time 3-5 sec (emergency 1.5 sec), lowering time 3-4 sec (emergency 1 sec).
• Durability: High breakout resistance (1,500,000 J) and long MTBF (70,00,000 cycles).
• Protection: IP67 rating, anti-UV epoxy powder coating or SS chrome finish.
• Safety Features: Loop detector for vehicles, photo sensors for humans, and hydraulic/pneumatic lock in raised position.
• Control System: PLC/microprocessor-based, integrates with all access control devices.
• Alerts and Visibility: Embedded LED lights, buzzer, reflective strips, optional traffic light (Red/Green).
